1. What we collect
Viewing analytics: plays are counted once per session and rolled into audience totals — by title, category, tag, country, and day. We study what the audience watches in aggregate to decide what to publish more of. We do not operate viewer accounts, device fingerprints, or cross-session profiles: there is no per-person watch history to request, leak, or sell. Co-view pairs: your browser sends a random per-tab session code with play beacons so we can count which titles are watched together ("often watched together"); the code is hashed, expires within half an hour, and only anonymous pair totals are kept. Preferences: volume, mute, playback speed, watch history, favorites, and age confirmation live in your own browser storage. Reports: takedown filings keep the name, email, and details you submit so we can process them. Operators: admin accounts keep login credentials and an audit trail of catalog changes.
2. Analytics
We use self-hosted, cookieless analytics for aggregate traffic measurement (pages viewed, countries, playback quartiles, category and tag performance). Sponsor and advertising slots load in isolated frames; those third parties may set their own cookies or collect data under their own policies — see their notices for details.
3. Age and region checks
Age confirmation is a device cookie. Region availability uses your connection country to enforce licensing; it is counted in country totals but never attached to an identity.
4. Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal data. Takedown records are kept while a complaint and any dispute are active, then per legal retention needs. Aggregate viewing counts contain no identifiers and are kept for catalog ranking and planning.
5. Your rights and contact
Ask for access, correction, or deletion of your report or account data via the contact on our copyright page. We answer within 30 days.
